Services and Client Agreements

Services, scope, timelines, pricing, payment terms, confidentiality expectations, and responsibilities will be confirmed in a separate proposal, invoice, or written service agreement. Posted packages and prices may change and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Hourly and Monthly Support

Hourly administrative support is offered at the posted rate with a two-hour minimum, subject to availability and task suitability. Monthly package hours, meetings, deliverables, rollover rules, and additional-hour rates will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful instructions, timely access to necessary materials, and appropriate authorization for any accounts, content, or documents involved in requested work. You may not use this website or the services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by A Journey to H.O.P.E. Virtual Assistant Services or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or distributed without written authorization.
